A tracked user is a person the tool can identify. An account. A signed-in visitor. Someone who opened the board. Vendors do not share one rule. The monthly bill follows how many people the tool can see.
Plans in this category often have a cap. Past the cap, the price goes up. People who do not pay you are usually in the count. A launch or a free tier can move the bill while your team, and your number of boards, stay the same.
Audience size and the feedback operation are different things. More free upvotes do not make the operation larger. They do make the invoice larger, if the vendor prices on tracked users.
FlatVote prices the operation. Starter is $19 a month for 1 board and unlimited voters. Team is $49 a month for 5 boards, plus SSO, a custom domain, and unlimited admins. Annual billing is ten months' price for twelve: two months free. There is no free plan.
How it works
Requests live on the board. You decide what to build. The people who asked hear when it ships.
Sample. Scrolling this section posts a request, runs the votes up, then sets the status to Shipped. Not live data.
Put the board on a page you already have, or send a link. One place, instead of a spreadsheet, a chat channel, and the support inbox.
A post is the request in that person's words. A vote means someone else wants it too. It is a signal, not an order to build whatever is on top.
You set the list. A useful set is open, planned, building, shipped, and declined. The status is the answer, so people do not have to ask twice.
When you mark a request shipped, FlatVote emails the people who voted. You do not export the list and write that note by hand.

SSO, a custom domain, and unlimited admins are part of Team. A Starter admin cap is not listed, because one is not set. Voters are unlimited on both plans.

If the list already lives in Canny, import it through the Canny API. History moves with you, instead of staying behind as a reason to keep the old bill.

Yes. You can export ideas, the status of each idea, vote counts, and the voters attached to each idea. The export is a file you can open in a spreadsheet. Export is included so a board is not stuck in FlatVote.

The Founding Team pre-order is $49 for the first month. That charge is fully refundable before launch. It is also fully refundable within 30 days after launch. You do not have to give a reason.
If FlatVote has not shipped by March 31, 2027, the Founding Team charge is refunded automatically. You do not need to request it.
